Kelsey. She is an awesome stylist/barber I started going to her when she was at her previous employment and ever since then I've followed her wherever she went.
However sports clips model of not picking up a phone when it rings it's quite frustrating. You can't tell me it's because girls are busy that they can't pick up the phone, I've been sitting in the front lobby made a phone call to the store and the phone didn't even ring do you even have a phone at that location or is it tied to some owners belt. But I need to ask a question about when somebody is working I expect to be able to talk to somebody about it not constantly surfing app that gives me very minimal information. Thus being the only downfall for your company. If this does not change I will be forced to go on to Google and give Google reviews about how ownership is neglecting the people that rather use a phone as a phone not a digital device to book appointments through some Antiquated app.

It was my first time ever going to Sport Clips & the stylist Katherine made it the best experience I've ever had getting my hair cut. She was awesome! Because of her I will be back.
Had Sue as my stylist. She was very good. She spent time and hit all the right areas while giving the massage. She asked questions, checked often as to what I liked or didn't like and she did a great job of cutting my hair. Mostly, I loved the humming of tunes while she worked....Very relaxing. Overall excellent experience.
