This was our first time getting a haircut at Sports Clips, and Ash cut my 16 year old son’s hair. He specifically wanted a taper fade, so Ash had him pull up a photo on Google to show her exactly what he had in mind.

From there, she explained what she was doing throughout the haircut and showed him the different unique tools and techniques she was using. We’ve been to many different places for haircuts over the years, and no one has ever put this much skill, detail, and care into his hair. It was amazing, and honestly really interesting to watch!

She also took the time to teach him how to style his hair at home. We bought the styling cream she used, and it has been working great.

The whole experience was fun, and when we walked out my son said, “That was the best haircut I’ve ever had.” We would absolutely recommend Ash and will definitely be going back the next time we are back in Kelowna.

The service was great yesterday, the lady did a great job on my hair and had very good customer service. She even recommended a four instead of the five to make sure the hair had a better cut.

My stylist was awesome. I hope my hair grows fast so I can see her again.

Lovey is the best!! She is kind, friendly, so patient with the kids, and she is very professional. She is always happy to see my boys, chats with them and does a great job cutting their hair. We think she is wonderful and come to the Bolton location every time and request her.
