The Grande Prairie location is always well maintained.
The punch card for free haircut is valuable.....over the years I've gotten 3 or 4 free haircuts.

Opportunities for improvement....I wish the online appointment booking would allow you to book in advance. I live about 25 minutes away and if there is no one in queue I can only book to be there in 1 minute.....instead of say 30 minutes away. Minor item but thought I would mention.

Also....I joke with the staff....but at the hair wash station when you are staring up at the ceiling...it has been the same ceiling poster for many years....perhaps change it up with something new...again not a big deal.....more of a funny suggestion.
