The app and the ease of use, I can pull out my phone as I approach the area and see if I can go straight in or grab a coffee and when I get in they know exactly what I usually get ahead of time so there's no fussing over the details.
I want to bring to your attention something regarding my stylist Chelsea D. Besides getting a great hair cut, the whole MVP experience was wonderful and relaxing. But besides all that, the most amazing quality she has, are her personal skills. She truly knows how to connect with a client (and I was a complete stranger to her). She knows how to communicate, engage and carry on a meaningful conversation with someone she doesn't know. This is a rare quality and I hope whoever reads this, lets her know that she is amazing at her profession... 10/10.
