People who go to the gym are pleasant and the gym seems to handle all levels and age needs of guests.
I don’t do a lot of classes but from what I see and hear, there are boatloads of happy people. Classes look full.
I love the instructors that teach the water arthritis classes, especially Maria, she is a real sweetheart and makes you always feel special as she is so h ed mogul. I would like yo compliment on saving the lady last week that had trouble with her noodle. He was do quick and professional. I did complement him and he said, that’s my job. He couldn’t have been quicker jumping into the water to save her. She was do upset he had to hold her bc plus walk her up the ramp. I spoke to her and she was do nervous she’s sad I’d c I almost drown. But she was safe, which I am sure she realized when she calmed down. I do enjoy looking in the window of the children being taken of while there mothers are working out. I live in a senior park Donny rarely get to see small children. Every time I leave for my car I always think what a beautigil piece of property this place is and so nicely groomed. I do enjoy the Y

Socialization, the different types of classes provided and the instructors that make it a pleasant place to be.
It’s clean has the equipment I need. The only thing is the lockers are very small.
Only attend Elaine’s classes - best instructor for elderly, especially those having medical problems. I’ve had Anisa when she substitutes but way too fast for me.
Normally aqua pool exercises. Thoroughly enjoy Rise and Noah classes. Hoping for a Saturday class to offered my friends and I and others would definitely come. I like having the music during these sessions. Afterwards relax on lanai and have coffee afterwards💥🌟☀️
Exercise classes
The clases I take are fun and beneficial. I have seen great improvement in my physical well being as well as my mental attitude. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging and the classmates are very friendly.
Water aerobics teacher is knowledgeable. The pool needs resurfacing. Chair yoga is awesome. Clean environment. Beautiful outdoor foliage

Personal Trainers are available for private training, Yoga is available regularly and spinning classes are awesome. The Aquatic program is top notch, with available steam rooms & a hot tub

Aquacize has some great classes
The instructors are excellent and impact how good a class is greatly.I like that there are more challenging classes offered as well as the less strenuous classes.
