I have not participated in any programs or activities yet.
I think the programs are tailored for each individual and there are plenty to choose from. I love coming to the Y and wish I could come more. Right now I can’t do any high intensity programs and are grateful for the ones I can do
The group sessions are very good. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Having diverse programs is a plus you can try a variety of exercises.

Helpful staff n courteous
I am a 80 yr old male. I don't go to the classes but I do use the equipment. I enjoy the exercise and I usually come 4 times a week. My only suggestion is to stop members from going to a machine, completing 1 set and then sitting there on their phone. I've had to wait many times. Maybe a few signs on the equipment suggesting they leave their phone alone while using a machine. Others are waiting.
I wish you had more space so that more machines could be used.

I like the classes. Much variety. The staff is friendly and the instructors are good. The place is clean.
I havent used a lot of machines...my shoulders and knee need surgery and I'm trying to strengthen them.
Lots of classes to choose from. Great machines.
I like the virtual spinning Les Mills can do it at my own time. Also enjoy the machines and weights.

Great classes to choose from but as a full-time resident of Charlotte County, I do object that when the snowbirds are around, they seem to get right into the classes and the ones that have been here all year long supporting the Y end up getting boosted out at many many times of the classes. Also, I know of husbands and wives or friends that belong and they can get each other into the classes and I don’t understand that that’s not right either. Name removed
