Great. Good exercise classes
Excellent classes with excellent teachers you offer far more than the Punta Gorda YMCA my one negative comment is that if you’re trying to use the machines, there’s never anybody around to help you learn how to use them

I only use the pool and female locker room. The locker rooms are clean and the pool is always clean too. I have no complaints.
Friendly helpful staff always available. Gym area and pool are clean and well kept (not cluttered). There are many great classes to choose from all day. For seniors it's a happy place, There are so few places left in Port Charlotte for seniors to visit, exercise, learn, and socialize.

Offer variety of classes. There's a class for all levels of activity. Classes are offered throughout the week. Friendly atmosphere, great place to make friends.
There is a wide variety of group classes available every day. The instructors are energetic and lead by example during each class. Participants can vary their intensity as explained by the instructor to accommodate participants age and physical ability. There has been improvement in the cleanliness of the gym, and the new equipment that was purchased was a big step forward.
Great gym with awesome equipment. One suggestion though, can you please get heavier kettlebells??
There’s a variety of options to choose from to fit anyone’s exercise routine, such as individual classes, weight training, treadmills, etc. and classes in the pool.
There is no fees for most of the classes
The instructors are excellent and impact how good a class is greatly.I like that there are more challenging classes offered as well as the less strenuous classes.
I like your Belly Dance classes and your Yoga classes.

Great selection of classes
I like the chair yoga classes and the swim exercise classes. There are other classes I would like to do, but they are so crowded. I do wish there was coverage for lifeguards when they take a break. To get out of the pool and hang in a hallway waiting is not really practical when the sir is on.
