The staff always takes amazing care of our dog and will answer any questions we have about her care. When we needed special food to meet dietary needs, they placed a special order for us.

My pups love it at bark! They are always excited to go! The staff is friendly and responsive on both the daycare and grooming sides. I don't worry about my pups as much when they are in bark's care.
Excellent place to bring your dog to be groomed. Moved here one year ago was very nervous using a new groomer since my dog is 10.5 years old and let me say Katie is the best groomer my dog has ever had. Very happy with Katie at the Dog Spot. She listened to what I wanted and I showed her a picture of my dog and she groomed her exactly and much better than my previous groomer. Katie you rock !

Never had a single issue the staff is always incredibly communicative, answers the phone and treats my dog like part of the family. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a loving environment for their dog outside of home.

The Richmond team is just so nice to me, and I know they are nice to my dog too! The place is clean and I have never smelled anything but clean when I walk through their doors. My dog comes home happy, but not stressed. I have started letting the team give him an exit bath, and he is soft and cuddly when we pick him up! I like the concept of the 'kennels' so much better than crates - and that I can bring my dog's bed and night time cuddle toys. And, he is in a daytime play room with dogs of his size and personality! ALL good!
