My two dogs have never boarded overnight with anyone other than friends or family. They did a great job and both dogs came home happy and worn out from all the fun
This was my puppy’s first groom and Katie the groomer took the time to talk to me about how she wanted to make sure it was a good experience for him and that if he didn’t like the clippers she wouldn’t force it. I definitely appreciated that. He did great and looked amazing.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I love being able to choose different options for my doggie such as activities, treats, and one-on-one time with a human. It's great to be able to view your dog throughout the day on the dog cam.
As hard as it is to leave my furbaby behind, I appreciate knowing that he will be well cared for by the Dog Stop staff.

We love the dog stop! Our dog has fun every day and comes home ready for a long nap! Staff is wonderful and always friendly.
Dog Stop is the best place in Metairie to bring my dogs for baths. They always do a good job and they seem to love dogs. That sounds like it should be understood for a dog groomer, but I’ve brought my dogs to places where they didn’t seem to like working with dogs, which is pretty sad. I feel good leaving my dogs with the staff at Dog Stop and know they are being well cared for. My dogs look and smell great! Thank you for always doing a great job!
When we picked up Chichi from the Dog Stop we could tell she was content and enjoyed her stay.

I feel that y’all were very good with my 2 dogs, I will bring Angel and Bandit back for 2 nights stay in the end of January.
I liked receiving updates by texts. I appreciated the staff testing both my dogs playing with others even though one did not do well with small dogs. I felt they were loved and in a safe space while we were gone.
