I have used your company since 2003. I have an external propane tank for gas logs and require a fill up every couple of years. I have found the service excellent. Because my need is sporadic, I choose to have 'will call' service (vs. scheduled) as I know the company prefers to fill mostly empty tanks rather than top off mostly full tanks. My only feedback is that when I requested service this year, the propane wasn't delivered in the scheduling window. The request was non-emergent, I was in no rush to get the delivery, and didn't mind waiting. When I checked the website, I didn't see where I was on a delivery schedule so I reinitiated the process. It wasn't until I requested service the second time that I received a notification that I was already scheduled. I may have missed a notice on my account page stating that I was scheduled for a delivery, but it wasn't obvious to me. The delivery was made without issue.

I called to get my tank filled. They asked the percentage of my tank and I told them 10%. I didn’t realize it was that low. The person said it would be 7-10 days which I expected. However, they filled my tank the very next day which was awesome!

We called Virginia Propane on Thursday as our tank was empty. The only propane appliance we have at this time is a set of fireplace logs.
Virginia Propane informed use that it might be as long as 7-10 days for delivery. The next day there was a truck in our yard in Varina. The operator was friendly, careful and quickly on his way to the next customer.
