When I called to order propane, the person that assisted me on the phone was friendly and helpful, and wanted to make sure all my needs were met. I could not ask to improve or change anything. Same with the delivery driver that delivered my order, he was a pleasure to meet. Very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. This was for my delivery on 11/28. Many companies today simply do not offer the level of professional service you do or hire the excellent employees you have.
