It is so important in this day & time, that customer service reps, no matter time situation, request or complaint, that each customer is the recipient of a friendly concern/demeanor, rather than “just another annoyance”. It is rare, however, for the not quite 2 years, we have been customers, every phone interaction or delivery person interaction I have had, I have been treated as if my requests, concerns or just questions, are important to the person responding. As well as providing a necessary product at a fair cost. These are the main reasons I would not consider another company for my needs. In the past, I have never encountered the timely service or friendliness & concern for my well being as I have found with Virginia propane.
