Deliveries are completely transparent save for an invoice/bill on my front door handle. My rare interactions with the delivery driver are unfailingly courteous, informative and professional -- 👍👍. Billing is clear and precise with my payments being done via online bill pay. Bottom line: all is done smoothly, in a customer friendly manner. I've been with Virginia Propane for over 10 years without any issues or problems. Highly recommended.

Delivery was easy to schedule and delivery man was super friendly.
Will call order met on a timely basis. The Delivery Truck could not leave a printout because of non working meter as I understood from my wife. I was glad to switch from Amerigas to Virginia Propane.

I've been very happy so far but this week when my tank was apparently filled, why are you no longer leaving an invoice on the door? I had no idea anyone was here except I got a survey and then an invoice via email.

I have worked with four different propane companies over the past 10 years. This team was extraordinarily easy to work with, they delivered as promised, and their online tools are easier than anything I’ve seen on the market. Shoot, I was able to pay my bill online as the man delivery in the propane drove away. So far, I am thoroughly please!
Over the years, Virginia Propane has been very responsive to my requests and, for quite some time, included me in their top-off schedule, which was especially convenient. Because propane is not my primary heat source, I have limited my use to cooking except during very cold weather.
Please note that, since my invoice can now be paid to another company, through the internet, it is a little confusing to have paid the bill electronically and then receive two slightly different invoices by mail (on the same day!) and wonder if my electronic payment wasn't accepted. As much fraud as there is, even receiving an invoice from a different company name is questionable. I suppose this will be ironed out at some point.
