Even though the driver did not come the week that was given to me - he did arrive the following week and delivered my gas promptly. i think the reason he did not come originaly is that he was probably overbooked - as everyone is short on employees these days. Regardless, i would still recommend Virginia Propane to everyone I know.

My favorite part about my propane experience is Jinny Gerlock. She's the only representative that was kind enough to help setup my Charlottesville account. I had to deal with three very unhelpful representatives, before reaching Jinny Gerlock who shines bright with quality service and integrity. Thanks to Jinny I kept my propane service and didn't go elsewhere, which I was about ready to do. Thank you Jinny, for being such a pleasure to speak with, and being the best part of Virginia Propane.
Reliability. We only use propane for our gas fireplace, so we're not on a regular schedule. When I do call, service is provided within a few days. Truly appreciate that.
