The gym is very accessible to Cummings park and relatively clean. I do wish the locker room had more space to move around while using the lockers.

Because I am in a service-oriented business as well, I know that it is impossible to maintain 100% customer satisfaction with every individual; having said that, I still would find it difficult to believe that a client would not be satisfied with the final results of the services that they would be receiving from this salon. 5 STARS, hands down!

Group classes. I don't like having to reserve a bike for spin. One night I looked at 9pm and the 5:45 am class was full, wait-listed. I happened to wake up at 4am and decided to check and the class was then open. There is no ability to plan when people cancel last minute. People should be able to be adults and not save seats.
