I love the woman's room and the pool is great also i enjoy the classes offered and I sometimes work late so it's great that I can run into the gym at 9 and be able to still work out for an hour

All of the grounds are covered: Weight Training, Physical Therapy, Salon and Spa, Nutrition, and knowledgeable personal, and very easy to get to from anywhere on the North Shore.
