I like how friendly the staff always are, and that group fitness classes are included within your membership! I hate how some gyms make you pay for an "upgraded" package to include this like group fitness. And I love Les Mills classes!

You have programs for all ages. I like the women group programs. It seems to work well me, a lot of nice people to work out with, Chris Fontaine is very good at getting us motivated and I feel a lot healthier since I started the program.
The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love the childcare services and my kids really enjoy going, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I can workout and not worry about my kids. I also love the Barre classes, especially Ryann's class. She is such a wonderful teacher and is always so happy, positive and motivating.

There is never an issue of the gym being too crowded; all of the staff is friendly. We use the kids playroom and personal training amenities and have been really pleased with these amenities.

I always use the spa and the pool. In the colder weather, I intend to try some of the work out equipment, esp. in the women's room. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
