BAC is an outstanding health club! I like their commitment to overall health and wellness, including healthy nutrition and lifestyle decisions. I love the dedicated women’s workout area and appreciate that BAC has continued to provide this service. Group exercise classes are run by experienced instructors that I can trust. Not too crowded, and the pool.
Every person working at BAC is friendly and knowledgeable about what BAC offers its clients. It’s clean and friendly atmosphere. I have never felt intimidated going into the weight room or main floor. For those who are there is the women’s room where you can get your workout in privately. I’ve been a member for I think 12 years and have no intention of leaving. You rock!

The express is great -a clean comfortable place to work out with great views,awesome walking paths.
Always good parking well maintained even in the snow and ice.
A program of fixing or replacing old machines would be nice.
You can pick a time in 24 hrs to work out,24/7 -365 is a great feature.
Easy to go in get it done and get out.

Virtual Yoga with Jane has been great. I would like to see a more extensive Yoga program with more frequent yoga classes, perhaps everyday at varying times after work at 6:30.
Jane has been a wonderful, thoughtful teacher and kept us connected to the BAC through the Pandemic.
The pool needs to be kept cleaner and I would use it more often.
