There are a lot of work out options; I like to do some activities in the woman's room but I feel comfortable to do some in the main cardio/weight room. Great group classes!

I enjoy the trainers who teach and monitor your form in performing exercises. I enjoy their knowledge and enthusiasm with their work. I enjoy the variety of classes they offer, as well as the pool. I'm grateful for someone else making protein smoothie when I'm out of frozen fruit! I enjoy the comradely among the trainers as I think they make it fun for everyone, even those who are not their clients.
All in all, a very positive atmosphere.
