I'm not a member, but I take the Resistance Training class on Wednesday nights. Our trainer Mike D'Amico is always encouraging. He finds ways to challenge us and help us to get fit. I love the class!

Everything is real nice! I think the men shower and steam room and sauna could more attention in cleaning it always look dirty ! Even when come early in the morning!. And I think what I pay for the club u guys could more items in the men's looker room like shaving stuff or small towels around the sink area ! Thanks!

It is a small, friendly club. I like that it's not over-run by people, which is why I left the Y to join BAC. I LOVE the pool and the women's gym. This club is just what I've been looking for.

I've been a member for 27 years and I think it's a wonderful club. I do feel that the staff could be friendlier. That is what I feel makes a health club or any business stand above the rest.

The level of customer service is top notch from my initial interaction walking through the door, to speaking with personal trainers and class instructors. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the availability of the machine I use most.
