The staff is fantastic.
It's quiet when I go, and there's usually a pool lane available.
Classes, but ladies bathroom is not clean enough. It smells very dirty at times and showers are unsanitary and very outdated.
The hours and location
Everything accept that the antibacterial wipes are consistently empty. Particularly this time of year, it would be appreciated if someone would check nightly (closing) and refill or do a morning refill. Thanks!

I see a trainer st the gym and he is excellent and so helpful and accomodating. It has been such a motivating factor for me. I love the women's room because I am not comfortable in the larger ones so having a smaller space makes me able to enjoy my workout much more. I also love that everyone on the staff is friendly and great to talk to I am in the beginning of my fitness journey and definitely not confident yet and i don't feel judged or awkward I feel supportive. I also love that in the advertisements in the gym I see people that actually look like me !!! I recommend you guys to all of my friends thank you!

i like the 'in and out' setup. i am not someone who likes classes - i just want to get a workout, be left alone, and leave when i am ready. this place is perfect for that. there are also a lot of cardio machines, which is great

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, nicely decorated facility. Great classes, especially body flow. Youth activity center is well run.
Please consider bringing back Body Flow. This was one of the most unique and creative classes I have taken and was the reason I originally joined the gym 3 years ago. Yoga is nice, but you can go anywhere for that. Body flow catered to a wide variety of people and abilities and was the best class offered.

I initially went to the Soul PT due to the fact that you had an aquatic program which I found to be very beneficial. When my sessions @ pt were completed I decided to continue to utilize the pool during the mid day and continue my workout program.
I also plan to continue my aquatic therapy when I leave for the winter months (Jan-March) and you were kind enough to put a hold on my monthly assessments until I return in April.
