Outstanding staff always willing to assist. However last few times i have been in it appears the IT infrastructure isn’t up to the task to supporting their great work

With the system down I was unable to leave with any paperwork to complete my lab work. The staff was very apologetic but you could tell they were frustrated and that this is very common problem

What do you like about our office?

It’s conveniently located.
The staff is very friendly,effecient, and helpful.
The office is comfortable and always clean.
I love my doctor Krenzer. He spends time with me, explains everything, makes me feel cared for and not just another patient to get in and out.
I do miss having the lab there. That was a big convince.

Dr. Krenzer and Cathy are always very friendly and explain both diagnoses and treatment options very thoroughly. They also have a history of diagnosing my health issues accurately and prescribing effective treatments, especially for simple options I can implement at home to keep problems from recurring.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Browning for many years and always look forward to my visits with him. He is a rare find these days as he actually takes time with his patients and listens to what they have to say. His office staff while many have changed over the years are still friendly and helpful.

I switched recently from another Baptist group and the difference has been amazing. I feel like Dr. LeCroix listens to me, and doesn't treat me as anything other than an individual. I was going in circles with my last physician, who would basically tell me to do more exercise and eat less when he himself was overweight. He had no inclination to try and help me prevent diabetes and would just weigh me and go through a checklist, never looking at ME or never looking up from his ipad. I am very happy that i made the switch.
