It was my first visit. It appears that the office efficiently handles the patient flow with little wait time. Nurse was very friendly and professional. Doctor listened well. All in all, a good visit.

I love all the workers. Very friendly and kind. Ready to help! Dr Lacroix is exceptional. He listens and cares and gives great care. Rachel his nurse is also incredible. Very caring and can tell she loves her job! I am so glad I am a part of such a great doctors office. Thank you!

What do you like about our office?

Staff is professional and engaging. Dr. Krenzer and Cathy are candid and good communicators.There is a distance between patient and health care customer and another distance between customer and consumer. Jacksonville health care is someplace between patient and customer. Baymeadows seems to be working at getting closer to customer.
