Everything!! Their Baptist office on Baymeadows road is ideal location and staff is five-star! From the time I walk in the door, greeted in a friendly manner and employees are professional, caring and courteous. Regina Nolting, Nurse Practitioner is A+ and a true joy to work with along with her staff. From check-ups to unexpected emergencies, she and her team are prompt with diagnosis and treatment to include follow-up. I have a hectic career schedule and grateful for Regina and the staff at this Baptist office. They’ve kept me healthy and ensure I follow a schedule for preventative visits keeping me healthy and happy into my 60’s. Rating= A+

Everyone's very friendly, kind and caring. I've been an established patient for years, I use to be Dr. Krenzers patient. When he retired it broke my heart as it did so many other patients and staff members. I know it was a difficult decision for him. But now he's able to spend more time with his family, friends and doing all the things they love to do. He deserves that and that makes me happy for all of them.

It's been an adjustment for myself as well. I mean, no one can ever replace Dr. K. he is the greatest. I decided to stay with Baptist Primary Care-Baymeadows, because of already being established there. I see Dr. Lacroix & the PA Sara they are great.
