Thank you for finding an appointment time for me. It took me 3 hours to find a doctor in our network. We were a considered a new patient although we had been there in the past. Most locations I called were not very helpful. The person setting up my appointment needs more money and needs to train other employees on how to find appointment slots and how to determine if the insurance is used at the location.
