The office gets you into see the doctor or PA within 5 to 10 minutes, which much appreciated. The staff is friendly and efficient.

They answered the telephone promptly (unlike the Baptist Primary Care at 3101 University). The Doctor and staff that I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. I felt like I was heard and that they cared about me.
