What do you like about our office?

They answered the telephone promptly (unlike the Baptist Primary Care at 3101 University). The Doctor and staff that I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. I felt like I was heard and that they cared about me.

Great all the way through. My doctor listens to me and he's given me sound ways to make positive progress in my approach to aging. This Doctor gets it. The staffs great too.

Overall, everyone is very nice and caring. When I started to faint or something like that after having blood taken for bloodwork, several staff at the office helped me out and when I meet with my doctor, they are always very kind.

I think personnel in office very pleasant. My appointment on time. My nurse very nice as always and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate my PA who is knowledgeable and asks me questions and takes an interest in improving my health.

The ease of making an appointment, the friendliness of the staff, and the knowledge and professionalism shown by Dr. Rozenbaum. He does a great job of listening and explaining treatment options. He really puts me at ease and shows real empathy for my situation. I am so glad that I changed my primary to Dr. Rozenbaum a few months ago!!!

I’ve been going there for years. Everyone is capable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr LaCroix is excellent and takes the time to address your questions and is interested in suggesting ways to help you get the care you require.

How about what i disliked. After seeing the doctor for my annual wellness visit, he requested and i wait for the nurse to come to me and perform a thorough ear cleaning. simply put, i got tired of waiting and left.
