Dr Krenzer is attentive, caring and aware of special issues that directly relate to my health problems. It is especially important to me to have a physician who listens to what I say and works with me to properly treat me. I always feel confident consulting with Doctor Krenzer, and believe that is an important part of my care.

Dr. Lacroix is always pleasant and listens to his patients. I never feel as though my problems are ignored. Wonderful bedside manor! Very friendly front office staff as well.

Better than the previous Baptist Medical office in Nocatee. Dr. La Croix at least expressed an interest in my husbands condition post stroke and Dr. Noiso who was on call did his best to address my concerns after my husband experienced severe side effects from a new drug prescribed after his May 19th Seizure.

Doctor seems competent for my current need. I thought the amount of time to see the doctor was excessive: 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time or more than an hour after I arrived early. I was not sure if this time delay is normal for Baptist Primary Care or some other reason created the delay.
