Appointments are readily available. The staff is friendly and organized. You are not kept waiting and late. The doctor actually spends time with you and asks questions and explains things. Dr Krezner takes his time with you.

Wait times are reasonable. Dr. Krenzer takes the time to answer my questions and I don't feel like he is just rushing me out of the office. I have been very pleased so far with everything.

They got me in quickly for a sick visit! I waited an hour but I realized I was probably worked into the schedule. Dr Krenser, as always, was very nice and spent time with me! The nurse went out of her way to find and copy some test results for me. The staff are always very professional as well. I love this office! Thanks!

Convenient location, profession, office staff at front desk pleasant and helpful. Have been seeing the same PA, Regina Nolting, for many years and she is familiar with me as a long-time patient. This makes for semi-annual visits to go smoothly, and when two special medical situation arose, she was prompt in seeing me and addressing them with targeted referrals.
