The ease of making an appointment, the friendliness of the staff, and they have a lab on site. But, most importantly it’s Dr. Rozenbaum. He’s a great listener, does a great job explaining treatment options in terms that are easily understood, he really puts you at ease. I’m really glad that he’s my primary care provider. I’ll continue to come to him for any healthcare needs!!!
