Everyone is very nice and my kids seem to like it.

Instructors are fun and patient with my daughter who is in beginner 1. They push her but also help her be brave. She is already so much more comfortable in the water than she used to be!

Monthly swim testing with criteria for kids would be nice. That way we know as parents what is expected during the lessons.

I love the ease of having an online portal to check information and evaluations. The amount of staff, classes, and the ease of getting in touch has been great. It’s also wonderful to have an enclosed area where I can be with my toddler while watching the kids swim.

Instructors are very helpful and encouraging. All staff are easy to work with, in terms of scheduling, etc.

The staff is very kind and my kids have a lot of fun during their swim lessons. The water is warm and the air temperature is also warm so my kids are not freezing when they go in for their swimming lessons. It’s also fun to watch the progression on the other side of the windows.

Lessons truly teach children the safest and best way to swim. I’ve taken my children to other swim lessons. But have never seen my children make the growth that they do at swimlabs! I also love the feed back the coaches give!

Semi private claases

I love that safe Splash is very clean. A clean facility is so important to me. I like that the classes are organized and the coaches are kind. We especially like coach Jason, his private classes are top notch.Thank you!

They didn’t push my daughter to move up levels and allowed her to swim at her pace. They were aware she needed to stay in level I until she is comfortable going under water…and then when she did go underwater last night, they made sure to give her so much praise and told her how amazing and brave she was. It made her confidence go up and she left there wanting to go back!

Only been once so far but the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how clean the facilities were. My son absolutely loved the lesson and was very distraught when we had to leave haha.

We love safe splash. With it being once a week, it fits into our schedule without us having to give up other activities. It also allows us to work on the skills at the pool throughout the week. The class sizes are small and allow for each kid to get individual attention and work on the skills they need to. Our girls are processing well and look forward to going each week!

Both of my kids have learned so much while doing swim lessons here! they have gained the skill and confidence. i really appreciate how the instructors are patient with them and even in a group setting they do a great job at spending the time with them individually.

We love Coach Kaiya! She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She offers amazing tips and is wonderful with our son.

Caring instructors, pleasant office personnel

The customer service is top notch. After a misunderstanding on my part, I brought my children in without confirming their enrollment. All classes were full, but Dawn took care of us and made sure my little girls were not sent home without some time in the water. She also enrolled us a class that worked for our schedule. My children love their classes and have made more progress here than in other places we have tried.

Great instructors, good skill building

Amy was fun and thorough in helping me understand new swim techniques.

Everyone is on our side- interested in seeing my kids succeed, improve, and be safe, as efficiently as possible.

They are great with my son! They have taught him all the strokes and provide a great workout. We started in lessons, which are awesome. Personal attention with the instructors and my son did great. Then he moved up to the wave program, where he has learned all the strokes, a flip turn, how to race, all while having a great workout!

Amy is a fantastic coach! I am a self taught swimmer who participates in triathlons. My goal is to swim better so I can swim faster. Amy took my stroke back to the very beginning to improve my technique. Her teaching style is one that gives me something I can implement right away, but in a small amount so as to not overwhelm me. Instead of fixing everything at once, I have something to work on at base level one. I am excited to go back for another lesson once I practice these new skills!

There is an itinerary but with enough time for the children to learn and enjoy each activity. Our swim instructor is knowledgeable and kind!
