Customer Testimonials
We love our swim instructor! Brenna is so great with our son and so patient with all the kiddos. He loved her! We’ve actually loved all the staff at SafeSwim and have been coming since January of 2023. Everyone is very good at suggesting new ways to get kids comfortable in the water and there is always something for them to do, whether it’s parent/tot or the next levels up!
Staff was always helpful, the teachers were encouraging and amazing, the space felt well cared for and that they had a sense of pride for their work. Overall, a great experience! My child has gained confidence and has loved her time at the facility.
The whole stuff. And the small class size.
I love your swim school! My daughter has learned so much!
The video analysis of my swim technique was really helpful. Being able to see what I need to focus on and then immediately try to improve the issues was really beneficial.

Great staff and coaches.
We love sage splash
Great instructors and my kids have done very well and love the school.
We have had an incredible experience with SafeSplash. My son is autistic and his instructor, Makayla, has been a perfect fit for him. Megan at the front desk is very responsive and helpful. My son was bothered by the noise the first night and Tiffany ran and got us ear guards which was a total game changer. Our interactions with every staff member so far has been fabulous.
The instructors take the time to show the kids how to make the strokes and give them multiple opportunities to get it right. And they are very patient and kind with each child.
My daughter absolutely loves going! It is her favorite part of the week and she is all smiles throughout her lesson. We have seen great progress in her swimming and with the goal of being on swim team someday, we are at the perfect place!
Great Instructor. The environment allows the kids to feel very comfortable and just learn.
The staff is friendly and the class is very organized.
Our daughter said the teacher was very friendly and kind. That made her felt very comfortable.

my daughter came in really nervous but everyone was so welcoming. she had a great first class! She can't wait to come back next week! I love the big windows for parents such a lovely place!
We love this place!! We are so happy with the teachers and our son loves the lessons!
Everyone is always so friendly. We are going to miss Darcy, but know we are in good hands with our new instructor.
Clean place, daughter loves it & most swim instructors are very engaging and giving kids lots of feedback.
Clean, comfortable, fun
We love the teachers and staff. They are very friendly and make the lessons fun
I had a unique situation with times trying to get 22 month old twins in lessons and they took the time to customize classes and get the boys into the water with knowledgeable and supportive instructors. We will be returning for future classes.
My daughter and son in law love taking my granddaughter here - everyone is friendly and super helpful!
We are very happy with our experience at SafeSplash. The program is very systematic, the facility is well taken care of and staff is friendly.
I love the small class sizes. I love that my kid has even gotten a private lesson a few times when everyone else was absent. I love that they teach to each kid where they are and move them up when they are ready, rather than making them finish out their “session.”
We loved it! The instructor was amazing so friendly and fun. Liked the class size was small.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
It was great for us to see the 4 swim stokes on screen! It made it easy for my son to be able to make quick adjustments from the excellent coaching! We look forward to many more sessions.

When we came to Safe Splash, we knew we were going to be asking for a specific skillset in the instructors. Our grandson is 5 and on the autism spectrum. Communication is a challenge for him. He understands most of what's said to him but his speech is more limited and holding his attention can be a challenge. He loves the water but had absolutely no sense of danger. It's easy to see why drowning is a top reason for accidental death in autistic children. Being a typical outdoors North Idaho family, we felt it was important to teach him about water safety as soon as possible. So we signed up for private lessons at the beginning of summer with a goal of him gaining an understanding of water danger first, and ultimately swimming as close to water-safe as possible by the end of the summer. He's had a few different instructors over the course of the summer, all have been caring and patient. As the weeks went by and the SafeSplash team got to know our grandson, we could see that they were trying to pair him with instructors who had some experience with ASD, either in their professional life or a family member. Two instructors who really stand out are Heather and Jason. Both took the time on their own to seek out information regarding how best to teach an ASD child. They've come up with some great creative ways to teach skills one step at a time. We've been so appreciative of their extra effort! Our grandson looks forward to going each week to see "Mr Jason" and while he isn't completely water safe yet, he's getting closer! Most importantly, he's learned the basics that will help keep him safe.
They say it takes a village and if you have a special needs child, you understand how very true that is. SafeSplash has been a great partner for us in our swimming adventures this summer and we recommend trusting them with teaching your child as well.
Thanks SafeSplash from all of Parker's village!
