I am very impressed with the instructors we've seen so far. Connor R & Jamieson G at SafeSplash + SwimLabs Coeur dAlene. One of my daughters is very fearful of putting her face in the water and they both forced her (in a safe and fun way) to do it, she still has fear, but I have seen a MAJOR improvement in only two lessons so far. She comes out of the water with a huge smile on her face and cannot wait to get back in.
I have taken her elsewhere for lessons and those "lessons" seemed to involve play more than anything else, there was no water safety training whatsoever. This is exactly what we're looking for.

Our kids have learned so much from SafeSplash. They feel comfortable in the water and are loving learning new swim strokes. The instructors have all been very knowledgeable. All the team members have been great!
Usually very organized! I did have a bad experience this past lesson but I’m hoping it was just due to a staffing issue.
Not your typical learning how to swim school, way more advanced…way more organized.
Instructors are amazing!!! They are teaching lifelong skills on how to safely swim and save themselves. Highly recommend choosing this swim classes as your swim school. And highly recommend starting them Younge ❤️

My son has taken swim at the Kroc center for 2 yrs from parent-tot up to level 2. He stalled at level 2 and could not move up. I pulled him out and we took a year off from swim. Enrolled him this summer with you guys and after his second class he had a substitute….Conner. Life now is all about Conner!! Lol. It clicked. He has grown so much this summer because he wants to show Conner he can do it! He moved up to level 3 after a few classes with Conner and now is rocking it in that class!! I love the smaller class sizes and more personalized instructional time they get compared to the other classes he was in. Thank you guys and CONNER!!! :)
My son was very happy with the way the instructor explained things.
Our 7 year old grandson had his first lesson (semi-private) last week. He really loved it and liked the instructors.
I am confidant that he will learn how to swim and that will make us very happy!

The facility is clean
I love the front desk girl who now knows my son by name. She says hello and has a little conversation with him every time we come in. We also love our swim instructor Brenna. She’s patient and funny. Never makes us feel bad for the slow learning.
Alexa and Brittany who work the desk are so great customer service wise. The swim instructors we’ve had so far, especially Shay, are all so great with the kids.

Organized and friendly
The instructors and staff are all great! They really listen to you as the parent and also to the kids. They have a lot of grace for the kids who are not feeling it that day. It is clean and the kids love it!
Jason is a great coach and very patient! My son responds very well to him.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about what class would be best for my daughter’s skill set. I really like the small class sizes so each child is getting the time needed to develop and learn the skills.

The classes are so structured so you always know what to expect and the instructors are incredibly patient in teaching.
I like how friendly the front staff is and the clean environment. I never feel gross about taking my child there to swim. Now that we’ve had a quality instructor for a while, I’m encouraged by how much my child is growing!
