Actually talking to a person locally. I called because I was promised a certain price per gallon when I signed on. The second fill- up didn't reflect that price. I called and the woman changed it with no problem.

Very happy with the customer service we get with Griffith Energy. I love the GPS system on the tank so that we don't have to worry about running out. When we had an issue with tank someone was out to the house immediately to take care of the problem. Prices are very competitive. I recommend them to anyone I can.
