The product works. The monitoring and delivery system was significantly improved when the remote tank fill level readers were installed. These have enabled better timed deliveries and reduced HAZMAT charges due to fewer but larger fills. We appreciate the continued fine customer service provided by Hana King at the Skaneateles office. Going forward, supplying continuing high value per dollar spent will be greatly appreciated!
I like the fact that my delivery was made before I ran out or a winter storm blew through. I was happy that the price negotiated in the spring was honored as market prices have been rising.
I don't have to worry about keeping track of when I need propane, it is done for me. Delivery is prompt and everyone I have dealt with is very pleasant to work with.
