As a loyal customer for 30 years , I can say that it's great having someone local that is here for all my energy needs . They deliver my fuel oil within a few days when I call and the very next day if I'm almost out . It's nice knowing that I can call and always have a real person to talk to , even after business hours in case my boiler goes out ,,, as they are on call 24/7 . Customer service is always friendly and I don't even have to press 1 for English . I always tell friends and family about Griffith Energy and that they are the only ones who accept Citizen Action for lower fuel prices .
