Every person I have ever dealt with is extremely friendly and very accommodating when we run out of oil. (Which does happen from time to time.) The prices seem to be competitive though I have to admit that I haven't checked them lately.

This company is very accomidating and easy to do business with. Whenever I had a question or a problem they responded in a very timely manner. All of the people from Managers to customer service are very polite and understanding. I usually deal with Cheryl..I can not say enough about her, she is a joy to talk to and very helpful...she is definately an asset to your company.
What I like most is that I feel I can count on a reasonable and dependable response anytime.Peace of mind.

Delivery is always made before tank gets too low, I'm notified by Griffith Energy if there ever is a problem, repairs are done well and in a timely manner, and best of all your prices are better than most, if not the best, in this area.
I have always had great service and when I spoke to your Reps (Lisa & Mary) they were always friendly and very helpful.
