Superior Plus has been very responsive as my propane supplier. The Rome office staff and delivery drivers are always helpful and friendly when I have questions. The remote monitoring device for my propane tank works well and allows me to check my level even when I'm not near the tank, as well as ensuring my deliveries are on time. I have been very pleased with their service.

The customer service is great, and deliveries always prompt. The delivery gentlemen are gracious and brave [we have three dogs who are often out] I do try to keep them in but dont know when deliveries are coming at times, so kudos to the drivers! Plus, having an office right in Rome is so convenient when paying a bill, we really appreciate this local branch.
