The office workers who (wo)man the phones in the Marcy office are the VERY BEST people I have ever had to deal with over the phone!!!!!
They are very nice, pleasant, calm and extremely capable and competent.
Phoning businesses is not ordinarily something I look forward to or enjoy. Your office staff, however, makes calling with questions something I actually do enjoy rather than dread.
This applies to every single call I’ve ever made there, with every single person in that office without exception! I always know they will be able to handle anything quickly or answer any query clearly! They are also very patient!
