They are very nice, pleasant, calm and extremely capable and competent.
Phoning businesses is not ordinarily something I look forward to or enjoy. Your office staff, however, makes calling with questions something I actually do enjoy rather than dread.
This applies to every single call I’ve ever made there, with every single person in that office without exception! I always know they will be able to handle anything quickly or answer any query clearly! They are also very patient!

I appreciate that I don't have to be concerned about running out of propane through the winter knowing that with the automatic delivery and the fuel monitoring it gets refilled before I get below 20%. And the one time I did run out Superior Plus resolve the issue in a matter of hours at no cost to me and that was greatly appreciated. The other thing is any questions concerns that I have and I call they are always more than courteous and prompt to assist me to the best of their ability.
