Special kudos to the delivery driver. We are not an easy location to get to despite best efforts to keep passable. Driver goes out of his way to check on it from time to time and ensure we are delivered to when safe to do so. Great appreciation for that. Customer service reps are also always friendly, understanding, and do their best to work with us on it as well. Driver and customer service reps epitomize what the North Country is all about in our opinion.

I like the wireless connection that monitors how full the tank is and the prompt refills when it gets low without me having to keep track of it myself. I complained about the price being a little high and someone called me and worked out a better deal that was more reasonable and competitive with other suppliers. As long as that agreement doesn't change I'll be happy. I appreciate the response to my concern.
