Like your oil product but have problems with customer service. I'm on auto delivery and had to call for a delivery twice last year. Tank gauge was below empty each time. Took over a month this year to lock in my contract fixed price.

Last week I questioned a bill from Griffith energy for a propane delivery. I asked that they check my lines and tank for leaks. After their visit they found a defective part on 5he tank. They fixed it promptly and credited my account for the delivery which caused the issue.
