I like the remote monitoring of my tanks level. Saves it from getting to low. I write out my check after the driver leaves and send it in. Reason why, my bill comes by mail and it is due within a couple days from that day. Not much time to react at that point especially having to rely on the postal service.

Drivers who deliver the propane are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, the company has been very receptive to our needs and have even scheduled an early delivery when we ran low on propane.
Your driver was unable to access our location on a Saturday and called to inform what we could do to help allow for it. Called him back once taken care of and he contacted dispatch and it was taken care of almost immediately. Not knowing whether it had happened after a few days since I was remote, I called the local call center and the service representative was polite, thorough, and explained all details to me, despite likely having a host of other contacts to deal with that day. Many kudos to your driver in the Westport, NY area who performed the way he did and to the customer service rep who also engaged later.

delivery comes From Port Henry the East side of Lake Champlain,
I have been a Customer since 2010 and go to Florida every winter.
Since that time Griffith Energy has never missed a delivery of Propane.
