I like the professional service of the propane drivers at the delivery site. They have always been friendly and in good spirits.
However, the telephone operation is beyond broken. I was told multiple times that there were more than 80 previous callers ahead of my call. And that the wait would be more than an hour.
Not happy about this aspect of the company.
The employees I have dealt with so far have been polite and easy to deal with, price is fair compared to other companies around.

My tank is VERY difficult to get to in the winter months when you need service the most and GE delivers. They even have a remote monitor to check our levels.

You've shown good responsiveness when I've raised this issue in the past, which is appreciated. Hope it continues without me having to constantly keep an eye on things and getting unexpected surprises in terms of price increases.
