I am getting propane only now, like the way they leave a bill and delivery is around every three months. I receive email bills and get money off bill for promotions. Best of all I call the office and get answers and always friendly service.

Everyone I interacted with was absolutely wonderful. From the guys who came to do the safety inspection to the woman in the sales dept who helped me set up my account, every individual was friendly, professional, and took the time to communicate with me and answer any of my questions. This is my first home and if the quality of service stays this strong I see myself being a long-time customer.

I have appreciated your service since I switched to you a number of years ago. I have changed my heating to a cold weather heat pump system and only use propane for cooking. My big concern is that the fees you add to each delivery make up a significant percentage of the propane cost. Those fees have gone up dramatically since I first switched to you. How are these fees calculated for each delivery?
