Everyone I interacted with was absolutely wonderful. From the guys who came to do the safety inspection to the woman in the sales dept who helped me set up my account, every individual was friendly, professional, and took the time to communicate with me and answer any of my questions. This is my first home and if the quality of service stays this strong I see myself being a long-time customer.

I have appreciated your service since I switched to you a number of years ago. I have changed my heating to a cold weather heat pump system and only use propane for cooking. My big concern is that the fees you add to each delivery make up a significant percentage of the propane cost. Those fees have gone up dramatically since I first switched to you. How are these fees calculated for each delivery?

I've always enjoyed working with your company. I find some of the technology upgrades to be difficult to manage. I tried to register for the new portal, or whatever it is, couldn't find my password, and the password update didn't work, so now I can't access my account online and you no longer send paper bills, it's looking like.
We are on automatic delivery, Griffith has always been fight on schedule for delivery. I like the fact we can monitor our tank level while away. 🙂
Inspection of existing tank on new property yielded some untidy gas line installation to the house. The tech fixed everything with the ultimate concern for safety and this is what it is all about. Safe functionality and customer care/service. 10/10
Responsiveness, great customer service
Shockingly nice, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had an issue when a deck was built over my propane tank and they couldn't deliver my gas. Called and got an immediate and accurate answer explaining the issue; three hours later my propane was delivered by the nicest guy ever. I was expecting to wait a week.
