We were in a bad situation when our former fuel oil supplier (Value Energy in Sayre, PA) suddenly closed down without any notice to customers. The gauge on our fuel oil tank was getting lower; we were concerned because our domestic hot water is heated by our furnace. I called Griffiths (on a Monday) as soon as I realized why the former was not returning my calls; we received the application form which we filled out, signed, and returned to the very courteous Griffiths employee who I had talked to on the phone explaining our situation. Within a week your delivery truck was here, filled our fuel oil tank, and we hope to do business with you for many years.

We have quite a history with the Lodi Branch Office. Our home is also a NY State Licensed Family Daycare. We depend on fuel and electric, especially in the Winter. I don't have to worry about my fuel, whether I have enough at any time. They keep me supplied. Griffith has helped us through several situations and have installed much of our equipment. I trust them to get the work done when we need it the most.
