Excellent customer service from maintenance staff. I had my burner, chimney & filters changed recently for winter maintenance & prep. The Griffith mechanic was pleasant and had the skills to do the job. I feel more secure for the winter knowing my oil burner is cleaned, tuned and ready to keep us warm & cozy. REasonable pricing, timely deliveries
The delivery driver are friendly and timely response is very important.
The fact the local office is staffed with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff, the drivers are efficient and timely, and billing is on track with our contract and agreements.
With so much competition and direct marketing for our energy dollars, Griffith is a sound decision.
I only wish that the world politics and media didn't play such a big role in the pricing "game". In the past 2 months, I"ve watched the prices climb and fall based reporting. From the overage of crude to the lessened demand, it's all a big game. If I tried to run my business using a pendulum based on the same outside factors, I"d be forced out of town.
