The delivery team is the face of the company. Hard working and willing to go the extra step; be it looking for a buried tank or coming out on short notice when the tank is low.

Last year I had an issue and a nice gentleman came out to help get my furnace back in order.
I will state, that it was very difficult getting my account changed when I began renting at my address- I talked to someone at the Toronto home office twice, but somehow it all didn't process- as a result, I ran out of fuel and my house was freezing- all because of a technical error.
So, locally, they are great and helpful- nationally- not such great communication within the company.

I liked the Idea of the fuel monitor on my tank. Having been retired for several years, I now don't
have to check it myself and call to have a delivery set up! It's all automatic and I can even see the level of my tank on my computer. Any time I call or email asking a question I get my answers promptly with good old courtesy and kindness. Kudos to Griffith Energy!
