When we had a external gas line leakage, Griffith Propane explained how to safely shut off the tanks. A technician arrived shortly and repaired the problem. He then checked all our appliances to make sure that they were working safely. This was Great service are very timely manner.

We have had wonderful service from Griffith and have used them for many, many years.
Having been a customer for many years, I like the quality of care the office personnel have. Up until recently I have like the auto service fror my propane. For some unknown reason the truck seems to be here more than usual, topping off my large tank the comes another time to top off the smaller ones. This is not how it has always been. I am uneasy about having the truck here too often as one of my dogs do not like the truck nor its driver. Being elderly and phudically impaired it is troubleome to get out of the chair to see what the dog is barking about, get her inside, and then a coupke weeks later another visit from a truck. Is there any way I can be told when the truck is coming so I can keep dogs inside?
The prices are much better than my old supplier. The automatic delivery is always reliable. The people (including delivery people) are personable and competent. I am totally satisfied with Griffith Energy's product and services.
So far, I have only had the propane tank set up. It was a very positive experience. The employee arrived when he said that he would, explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was very kind and is a good representative for your company.
