That we always have timely deliveries and when we have an issue such as we had last week where a when the propane ran out no fault of yours but from a situation on our end you came and got us propane, checked the lines and got the hot water heaters back on. Pleasant men came to fix this mess and I can't thank you enough.
The gals at the Vestal office are very concerned that my questions are answered and followed through. Yes Deposit ladies also did a good job, that all started having most of them in my classroom, lol. I do not like being charged the fee for delivery, ie( aslab ???) . It is not mandatory bc I helped a lady in Prattsburgh get a much better price/gal and NO fee that you charge as if its mandatory. Her lp gas comes from out of Rochester via Dansville.That company is much smaller than Superior. You have to take the bad/ugly with the good. Jesse ur man that delivers is very personable.

Good at coming within an aporopriate time span for a refill. What I don't like is having to pay more for less needed fuel. I think it should be the same price even if you don't use up your propane and require just a little fill up.
The personal working at Warner’s are always courteous and always do what they say they will in the office and at the counters !! Plus the delivery is on time and drivers are always willing to help with any questions.

We are scheduled to get propane on a monthly basis. The associate comes around the same time of day and it is the same person. This makes for a consistent routine for me and my dog.
