All of the representatives and drivers that I have dealt with are personable and professional. They are competent and helpful when I have questions or concerns. The company maintains good, competitive pricing policies.
Always helpful, and polite. When you call with a problem it is taken care right away. My mother has Alzheimer’s and she called them and said she needed fuel because she did not have heat. I went to my moms and the delivery man was already there. She had enough fuel so he advised me to check the batteries in her thermostat. That was the problem and he even offered me batteries. Thank you so much to the delivery man.

Reliability of service and delivery
Good at coming within an aporopriate time span for a refill. What I don't like is having to pay more for less needed fuel. I think it should be the same price even if you don't use up your propane and require just a little fill up.
